Ingredients:
- 8 ounces mozzarella or burrata cheese, torn into pieces
- 2 thinly sliced radishes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Chopped chives and finely grated lemon zest (for topping)
