- Peppers (Shishito, Nardello, or Fresno)
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Wash the peppers and towel dry. Toss the peppers in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat until a drop of water sizzles and quickly evaporates.
- Saute peppers over medium heat, turning every minute or so until they are tender and blistered in spots, approximately 10 minutes.
