Blistered Peppers

Ingredients:

  • Peppers (Shishito, Nardello, or Fresno)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions:

  • Wash the peppers and towel dry. Toss the peppers in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat until a drop of water sizzles and quickly evaporates.
  • Saute peppers over medium heat, turning every minute or so until they are tender and blistered in spots, approximately 10 minutes.

    Mild: Nardello
    Medium: Shishito
    Hot: Fresno
